Style Rider aims to document the world’s most stylish motorcycle riders, be they riders of classic, custom or cafe racer steeds. Focused on the intersection of motorcycle culture with individual style, here we speak to actor, producer and Harley rider Danielle Cormack.
Name: Danielle Cormack
Residence: Sydney, Australia
Occupation: Actor – Producer – Creative
Instagram: @_daniellecormack_
Today’s ride: Harley Davidson Sportster Forty Eight
Describe your style: Ready for anything!
Favourite items: My collection of boiler suits. I have a range from vintage to the latest Hard Yakka. These are the best to ride in as I can dress layered or not to suit the weather.
Style inspiration: Shinya Kimura, the Japanese custom motorcycle builder. His customs are sublime. And, the Throttle Dolls are high on my style list too.
Best local ride: I’m a sucker for coastal rides. The sea is always my first port of call so anywhere with a beach. The ride over to eastern beaches through Rose Bay and Vaucluse is nice.
Best distance ride: Riding through the North Island of New Zealand up to Cape Reinga is a treat.
Dream riding kit: A full form fitting leather racing suit like the one Anke-Eve Goldmann designed in the 50’s.
Next motorcycle trip: All over Sydney to shoot the new Street Bob for Harley Davidson.
Why do you like riding? It’s my meditation. It my time to leave everything behind. Nothing else except what’s in front of me.
