Seasoned Surry Hills operators Single Origin Roasters York Street cafe is aimed squarely at the city worker who demands more from their daily caffeine fix. The cafe is smartly designed by Lechetti Krelle and staffed by people who know their business. While this cafe is primarily orientated towards take-away and quick coffee stops, the space has been thoughtfully designed utilising a mixutre of concrete and rusted metal, with a parachuting figurine referencing the original Reservoir Street cafe. As per their other cafes, coffee is the highlight, with a supporting breakfast and lunch menu provided by the small kitchen behind.
