Paramount by The Office Space has to be one of the sharpest, most spot-on office suites we have ever come across. Designed by the prolific Domenic Alvaro of Woods Bagot, it perfectly executes owner Boris Tosic’s vision for a modernist office space. The attention to detail of these suites is off-the-charts with the bespoke walnut cabinetry by Elan Construct and a monumental brass island bench by artist Morgan Shimeld just two of the features of these light-filled office spaces.
Located in the landmark Paramount building on the edge of Harmony Park, the space has been transformed into a 22-suite workplace for a design-savvy clientele. Woods Bagot have conceived a stylish solution that compliments the original Art Deco elements of the building. The styling is “contemporary modernist”, with hand-crafted office suites and mid-century design pieces from Walter Knoll, Ray and Charles Eames, and Molteni&C. Original Art Deco elements have been highlighted during the interior’s reimagining, with materials including American Cherry and Oak, limestone, marble and goats-hair carpet creating a feeling of discreet luxury that is in harmony with the building’s defining architecture and modernist ideals. Paramount by The Office Space is an office environment like no other in Sydney.
