Lavandula is a sprawling lavender farm located around ten minutes outside Hepburn Springs in regional Victoria. It grows lavender, olives and grapes in a charming rural setting dotted with stone farm buildings, a shop and café. The original farmhouse dates back to the Swiss Italian migrants of the 1860’s and the farm’s grounds have a nice, ordered feel. It is worth taking a stroll in the formal gardens and playing an impromptu game of petanque before settling in for something refreshing in the cafe.
