It was my hairdresser who told me about The Copper Mill. They have a sandwich with pork crackling it in she told me. And indeed they do. It’s called the Peruvian B&E and along with the thick slice of roast pork there’s an egg and a slice of sweet potato. And trust me, it’s yum. Double yum in fact. They also do a coconut hot chocolate that gets a double yum too. There is apparently more on the menu but really, that’s all you need to know. The café has a relaxed feel with a big shared table space and you might have to wait a bit, but it’s really worth it……
